This workout program consists of three phases: Strength, Size, and Chisel. In Phase 1 (Strength), which lasts four weeks, we'll focus on lower reps and higher weight lifts for maximum strength gains. Each exercise is linked to a how-to video. There are also Focus Days where you can target specific body parts with lighter weights and higher reps.
